ABC'S Of Having A Home Business

A= Advertise! You need to Advertise your business every where that you can.

B= Book Parties! Booking parties is the heart of a home party plan business. These can be online chat room parties, offline catalog order parties or in-home demonstration parties.

C= Catalogs! Order a lot of catalogs and hand them out to everyone you meet and every where you go. Catalog shopping is BIG business these days!

D= Draft! Draft up a business plan and stick to it!

E= Effort! The more effort you put into your home business the more you will get out of it.

F= Financial Budget! Set aside a certain percentage of your business income to re-invest back into your business.

G= Goals! Make a list of goals for your business. You can make them weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly business goals. Cross of your goals as you complete them. Goal lists help you to stay focused on what it is that you want to achieve with your home business.

H= Help! When you need help with your business ask for it. When other's need help, offer it. If you have a upline, it is their job to help you when you need help.

I= Investigate! Investigate what it takes to run a home business. Investigate what is and what isn't working for others. Education is key!

J= Just Ask! Tell everyone you know about your home business and ask them to book a party, to place a catalog order or for a referral.

K= Kick Off! If you are new to the business, have a Grand Opening Kick Off Party! Every time your business comes out with new products and new catalogs, its your job to KICK OFF the new products by promoting them.

L= Learning! You can never learn enough about having a home business. You can do research at your local library, local chamber of commerce, home business associations, online and offline business networking groups and learn all that you can from the training provided by your own company and upline managers.

M= Marketing! You need to market your own home business to get business exposure. Customers do NOT magically find you.

N= Networking! Network with other home business owners.

O= Opportunity! Take the Opportunity you have been given with your home business and run with it!

P= Patience! You will not make a lot of money immediately. Like any job or business you need to work on your business and build up a client/customer base.

Q= Quality and Quantity! Are you providing a quality service and qaulity products? Customers these days want high quality goods and services. Quantity: Do you keep enough inventory on hand to meet current customer needs? Always make sure you have enough inventory on hand.

R= Recruit! Recruiting others into your home party plan business can help you to achieve your financial goals and dreams sooner.

S= Schedule! Work up a work schedule and stick to it! Just like with any job, you need to schedule in your time that you will be working.

T= Telephone! Get on the telephone and start making telephone calls! Call up potential party hosts, customers, potential recruits, clients, associates, family and friends.

U= Use It! Use what you sell! Be your own walking testimonial. When you use your own products and services, you know its benefits and can pass that information on to potential customers and clients.

V= Venture! Venture out of your own comfort zone! Spread your wings to new friends, new customers and new clients.

W= Who do you know list! Draft up a list of everyone you know. Work that list as your business contact list to get yourself started.

X= Xerox! Make copies of current product specials for customers, hosts and new consultant/recruits. Get these copies into the hands of other people.

Y= You! You are the most important part of your home business so make sure to take time out for yourself!

Z= Zero! Is for Zero excuses in your home business! You need to treat your home business like a home business and not like an occasional hobby!
