Classy Chic Vendor Fairs
Rules and Requirements

1. The event is $4.00 for a 30 minute time slot and $7.50 for a 60 minute time slot. Please contact us for availability. Each vendor is allowed 1 vendor slot unless we have more slots available.
2. Every vendor is required to play 1 game during their time slot and offer a prize. This prize should be in value of $5.00 or more. This makes our vendor fair fun and interactive for the fair guests. Vendor must ALSO ship the prize direct to the prize winner within 7 days after the vendor fair closes.
3. Each vendor is responsible for paying for their time slot within 72 hours of reserving their time slot. If your time slot is not paid for before that date, your slot will be offered to another vendor on our waiting list. Your spot is NOT guaranteed until you have paid.
4. If you are unable to attend the event, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds will be made to those who have not withdrawn in a timely manner. No refunds will be given to vendors who do NOT show up on time for their scheduled time slot.
5. All vendors will be required to help advertise the vendor event. We will provide all vendors with a TEXT AD, Banner and/or button so that you can help us advertise the Vendor Fair.
6. The Classy Chic Network is NOT responsible for sales or guests at your vendor time slot. We make no guarantee that you will receive sales, party bookings or recruits.
7. All vendors are required to place orders received from the vendor fair in a timely fashion.
8. We will have Vendor Fair Staff Members in the chat room at all times during the vendor fair. These staff members help to ensure that the vendor fair runs smoothly. Any questions or concerns can be directed to a staff member whose ID name will clearly say STAFF so that you can identify them in the Vendor Fair Chat Room.

Additional Vendor Information

If there are any left over Vendor Time slots after the close of registration, we will open up those time slots to Vendors who wish to present 2 different companies or to Vendors who wish to do 2 different presentations on 2 different days.

Your registration fee is used to help advertise the event and to help pay for any event associated costs.

You may donate Gift Certificates or Actual Products for Vendor Fair Prizes but you can NOT donate/offer discount coupons for prizes.

Both banners and buttons will be made available to you so that you can help advertise the vendor event. Remember, as a vendor it is also your responsibility to help advertise the Vendor Fair.

The Classy Chic Network does NOT profit from these events. Every dime is used to promote the event, advertise the event & run the event.
